The Riverdale Choral Society welcomes new singers at open rehearsals in early September and early January, as we begin preparation for our Winter and Spring concerts in December and late April/early May. During these open rehearsals, interested singers will meet briefly with our Music Directors to assess vocal range and ability to learn music. No advance preparation is needed. 

We rehearse most Wednesday evenings (7pm-9:15pm) at Christ Church Riverdale. We perform two repertoires each season, and two performances of each repertoire – at Christ Church Riverdale and other local venues. You can explore some of our previous repertoire. 

Each season, we also give back to the Riverdale and greater Bronx communities by offering sing-alongs of standard choral works and performing free concerts at local rehabilitation and senior living facilities for the benefit of residents.
